| 0 | 0 | | | | The Imperial City is the capital of Cyrodiil. It is located on a large island at the center of Lake Rumare, which is the largest body of water in Cyrodiil. The city is accessible by foot or mount by crossing the western bridge off of Red Ring Road.
White Gold Tower, the centerpiece of the city, is visible from much of the province. The Imperial city is generally not colorful at all, all of the buildings being gray. However, the city is very diverse when it comes to population, as many people of each race reside there.
| 0 | 0 | | | | Bruma is the northern-most city in the province of Cyrodiil, located in the Jerall Mountains along the border with Skyrim. Bruma's northerly latitude, combined with its high altitude, leads to a much different climate than other populated areas of the province. The city is perpetually covered in snow, with clear, sunny days being the exception, rather than the norm. The city, and its people, have adapted to the climate with a much simpler, hardier way of life.
| 0 | 0 | | | | Cheydinhal is the city closest to Morrowind, near the Velothi mountains. Being so close to Morrowind has made Cheydinhal heavily Dark Elf-influenced. To the north is Lake Arrius and to the south and southeast is the Reed River and Lake Poppad, respectively. Cheydinhal is a city on a lake at the feet of the mountains. The city is ruled by Count Andel Indarys.
| 0 | 0 | | | | Chorrol sits at the base of the Colovian Highlands in northwestern Cyrodiil. The house of Arborwatch is for sale. It is a well-mainted town with clean streets and a high standard of living. Chorrol's symbol is the Great Oak, which still stands in the center of the city. It is used as a place of meeting for the residents of Chorrol.
Chorrol is a city that the Fighter's Guild seems to be centered in, as the Guildmaster Vilena Donton resides there. Chorrol is also not free of some poverty, as while some of the houses and buildings are large, many are quite small and poor.
| 0 | 0 | | | | Skingrad is a large city located southwest of Imperial City on the Gold Road. It isn't a particularly colourful city, as the architecture is rather dull because of the gray colour palette. The city is divided into 2 sections, North and South. It is seperated by a huge trench running through the city.
Skingrad overall seems like the largest city follwing the Imperial City. In addition to its size, most of the people of Skingrad seem to be very wealthy, many with gigantic houses. The castle of the city is also outside the cities walls, up on a higher hill. From the bridge that leads to the castle, you are able to view most of the city.
| 0 | 0 | | | | Kvatch, a city located on the Gold Road between Anvil and Skingrad. The Count of Kvatch was Ormellius Goldwine before being killed by daedra, like most of the citizens. The city was home to the only arena other than Imperial City's. It is the site of an early battle between daedra and the people of Tamriel.
| 0 | 0 | | | | Anvil is a coastal city located on the western edge of Cyrodiil, along the Abecean Sea. Anvil is one of the only two port towns in Cyrodiil with direct access to open sea, and is strategically close to the Abecean Sea and Summerset Isles. As such, it has built up a very active trade industry (both legal and otherwise), and much of the town caters directly to sailors. Also, many Nords inhabit Anvil because, according to Sten the Ugly, they are "sick of freezing their asses off in Skyrim."
Anvil is one of the smaller cities in Cyrodiil, with a minimal residential area and few shops. While the dockside population is usually a varied mix of races, within the city proper, Khajiit and Argonians are rarely seen (with the notable exception of famous author Quill-Weave). Within the city walls, the architecture is mostly made up of large, solid stone buildings, with decorative facades and multiple stories; the image is only slightly marred by a few rundown wooden structures. Outside of the docks, the harbor buildings are much less decorative, clearly emphasizing function over form.
| 0 | 0 | | | | Bravil is located in southern Cyrodiil on a small peninsula at the mouth of the Larius River as it empties into Niben Bay. From the look of the buildings and its architecture, it appears that Bravil's populace is one of the less wealthy of Cyrodiil. It also might be high in crime rate, as there is a skooma den within the walls of the city.
Bravil is a city built quite oddly. To get from one end of the city to the other, you have to cross two bridges. Also, the houses in the city are built on top of one another. The houses are generally one story, and much smaller than the houses in all other cities, except the Imperial City Waterfront.
| 0 | 0 | | | | Leyawiin is the southernmost city of Cyrodiil. It's at the southern mouth of the Lower Niben River, where the river empties into Topal Bay. Count Marius Caro and Countess Alessia Caro are the rulers of the city. During the Oblivion Crisis, it is surrounded by Oblivion Gates, two of which are directly outside the City, and more along the northern path which leads to the Shrine of Nocturnal.
Due to the closeness to the provinces of Elsweyr and Black Marsh, Leyawiin is heavily populated with Argonians and Khajiits. The weather in Leyawiin is similar to all of Blackwood, very rainy and foggy.
| 0 | 0 | | | | | | | The Roads around Elsweyr are dependant around the area the roads are in. Around the north, the roads are within a plain-like climate and is constantly hot and humid, while the roads nearer to the south tend to be a little more wild, due to the rainforesty climate.
| 0 | 0 | | | | Located on the shores of the Topal Sea, Senchal is the largest port in southern Tamriel. Various establishments that cater to merchants can be found in the city, such as taverns, bazaars, and markets. As is the case with Imperial City Waterfront, beggars, thieves, and pirates can be found there. One section of the city in particular is particularly dangerous for inexperienced travelers, namely Black Keirgo. Parts of the city are abandoned or in bad shape following a severe epidemic.
| 0 | 0 | | | | Torval is a city in the western part of the province, on the border with Valenwood. Humans are forbidden to enter the city. This is attributed to the fact that Torval is the home of the Khajiit spiritual leader, the Mane. Because of this, the city is also perhaps the wealthiest in Elsweyr.
| 0 | 0 | | | | The name of the city of Rimmen comes from the name the Khajiit gave to the Akaviri, the "Rim Men". The city is located right on the border with Cyrodiil.
| 0 | 0 | | | | Corinthe is a town set deeper into the rainforesty climate than most of the cities, and so being home to most of the province's population of Khajiit, despite Torval being the wealthiest and most visited due to the spiritual leader of the Mane. It is where most trade and commerce takes place, along with most Khajiit being able to make a living there. The trade, unfortunately, includes the skooma trade, causing a part of the city to be run-down and dangerous, being simply nicknamed the "Shadow".
| 0 | 0 | | | | | | | The capital of Morrowind, home of Almalexia of the Tribunal. The city is large and circular in shape with walls and many towers lining the inner and outer defenses of the city, which is separated into five main districts: The Plaza Brindsi Dorom, The Great Bazaar, Godsreach, The Temple District, and the Mournhold Palace. Underneath the city also exists an extensive network of sewers and ruins both Dwemer and Dunmer in origin from the days of the first and second eras.
| 0 | 0 | | | | One of the largest cities in Morrowind, and the largest of Vvardenfell island, home of Vivec of the Tribunal. The city is divided into nine cantons, all of which are built on the water, sunk right into the bedrock, and all extend at least three or four stories above the water level. The main cantons are the Foreign Quarters, the Hlaalu Canton, the Redoran Canton, the Arena, the Telvanni Canton, the St. Olms Canton, the St. Delyn Canton, the Temple Canton, and the Palace which houses Vivec himself.
| 0 | 0 | | | | The district seat of Great House Hlaalu, and the second largest settlement geographically on Vvardenfell after Vivec. Balmora is located at the southernmost edge of the West Gash, right at the point where the region converges with the Ashlands, the marshes of the Bitter Coast and the lush plantations of the Ascadian isles. The Odai river runs through its heart and divides it into four districts, High Town, the Commercial District and Labor Town.
| 0 | 0 | | | | A dusty cluster of Redoran-style buildings nestled against the southwest slopes of Red Mountain, just outside the Ghostfence. Ald'ruhn recently became the council seat of House Redoran, and all of the councilors maintain expansive mansions in Under-Skar.
| 0 | 0 | | | | The City of the Dead, this ancient dark elven city was built to perpetuate ancient dark elven tradition of ancestor worship. Many dark elves from across the province and likely the whole of Tamriel come here to bury their loved ones in funeral processions that can last weeks and even months.
| 0 | 0 | | | | Port Telvannis is the capital city of Great House Telvanni and the main settlement and harbor on the Telvanni isles in the Padomaic Ocean.
